Pie Rats Ahoy!

In Richard Scarry's Pie Rats Ahoy! there are pirates in Busytown Bay, but that doesn’t bother Uncle Willy. He sails off with his cherry pie, only to be overtaken by pie rats that steal his ship and his pie. Pie Rats, Ahoy!
